Rick has 35+ years in the home building industry. He spent decades working in the high end wood-working and custom cabinetry business. His emphasis is in quality finish work. Steve Israelsen - President

Steve has 15+ years in the home building industry overseeing projects like the Edgewood Estates Twin Homes, Bella Vida Condos, Villas at Bella Vida, and Eaglepointe Custom Estate Homes. He works the administrative side overseeing the development, planning, engineering, project approvals, and finances.
